Terms of Service
Last updated: June 8, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Parking Website service ("Service"), operated by Parking Website, LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Parking Website provides parking-management tools to residential communities and their authorized residents, owners, board members, and managers - including resident vehicle records, guest parking, and parking-violation tracking. Your community controls how the Service is used within it.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or accept these Terms. The Service is intended for adult residents, owners, and community staff. If you enter information about other members of your household (for example, a household member's vehicle), you are responsible for that information.
3. Accounts and Access
Access is granted through your community. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address; we do not use or store passwords. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for activity under your login.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for its intended parking-management purpose and only with information you are authorized to provide. You will not misuse the Service, attempt to access data belonging to other communities or residents, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate any law or another person's rights.
5. Your Content and License
You may submit information and materials to the Service, including vehicle and guest details and violation photographs ("Your Content"). You are responsible for Your Content, including its accuracy, legality, and appropriateness, and you confirm you have the right to submit it. You grant Parking Website, LLC a non-exclusive license to store, display, and use Your Content as needed to operate the Service for your community - including, for violation reports, sharing a photo with your community's board, managers, and, when a vehicle cannot be matched to an owner, other community owners, as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain your rights to Your Content.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information in the Service, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
- Encryption of data at rest, provided by our database and storage provider.
- Access controls that isolate each community's data so one community cannot see another's.
- Sign-in by one-time email code only; no passwords are stored by us.
- Role-based access within each community.
- Hosting on infrastructure that is SOC 2 Type II certified.
The SOC 2 Type II certification described above belongs to our infrastructure providers (our hosting, database, and email providers). It is a certification of that underlying infrastructure, not a certification of Parking Website, LLC. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, its software, and its design are owned by Parking Website, LLC. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of the Service.
8. Third-Party Providers
The Service runs on third-party infrastructure for hosting, database and storage, and email delivery. Their handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parking Website, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parking Website, LLC from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or Your Content.
12. Termination
Access may be suspended or ended if these Terms are violated or if your community stops using the Service.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Venue for any dispute lies in Broward County, Florida.
15. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Parking Website, LLC regarding the Service and replace any prior agreements regarding it.
