Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 8, 2026

This policy explains what information Parking Website, LLC ("we," "us") collects through the Parking Website service ("Service"), how we use it, and how it is protected.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account and contact details: name, email address, phone number.
  • Vehicle details: license plate, make, model, color, year, and state.
  • Guest parking details: guest name, guest phone number, and the spot and time period of the guest's parking.
  • Parking violations: violation descriptions, the spot involved, timestamps, and photos - including images of vehicles and license plates submitted as part of a violation report.
  • Contact form submissions: the name, email, and message you send us.
  • Sign-in information: the one-time email codes used to log in.
  • Usage and audit records: a log of key actions taken in the Service.

2. Photos and Images

Parking enforcement relies on visual evidence, so the Service collects and stores photographs submitted with violation reports, including images of vehicles and license plates, stored with the violation record. Authorized board members and managers can view them. When a violation involves a vehicle that cannot be matched to an owner, the board may send alerts to all community owners to help identify the vehicle, and those alerts include the violation photo. We do not use these photos for any purpose other than operating the Service.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information to:

  • Operate the Service and manage resident vehicles, guest parking, and violations for your community.
  • Send operational emails, such as sign-in codes and community or board notices including violation alerts.
  • Provide support and respond to your messages.
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the Service.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

Operational emails are part of providing the Service and are not marketing. They do not include an unsubscribe option; you cannot opt out of essential service messages while you use the Service.

4. How Information Is Shared

  • Within your community: authorized board members and managers can see resident, vehicle, guest, and violation information for their community. This is the core function of the Service.
  • Service providers: we use third-party providers for hosting and content delivery, database and file storage, and email delivery. They process information only to provide these services to us.
  • Legal reasons: we may disclose information if required by law or to respond to valid legal requests.
  • We do NOT sell your personal information.

5. Where Your Information Is Stored

Your personal information - names, contact details, vehicle and guest records, violations, and photos - is stored in databases and file storage located in the United States. The Service's pages and app are delivered through a global network so they load quickly; that network serves the application itself, while your personal information remains stored in the United States.

6. Retention and Deletion

When a unit is sold or its ownership is transferred through the Service, the departing owner's personal information is removed: contact details and registered vehicles are deleted, and the owner's login account is permanently deleted once they no longer hold any unit in the community. Parking-violation records and their associated photos, along with fine and guest-parking records, are retained as part of your community's enforcement history and are not removed by a sale. We also retain information where required to meet legal obligations.

7. Your Choices

You can review and update your vehicle information directly in the Service. Your personal account information is removed automatically when your unit is sold or transferred, as described above. For questions about your information, contact us through the form at parkingwebsite.com/contact.

8. Cookies

The Service uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the site. It does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

9. Security

We protect information using the measures described in the Security section of our Terms of Service, including encryption in transit and at rest, per-community data isolation, one-time-code sign-in, and role-based access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Children

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Children may not create accounts. An adult account holder is responsible for any information they enter about members of their household.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
