Getting Started

Logging in

Open your community's portal link, enter your email address, and we'll email you a 6-digit code. Enter the code to sign in. The code expires after about 10 minutes - if it does, request a new one. There is no password.

For Residents

Your vehicles

You can register up to 5 vehicles. For each, add the license plate, make, model, color, year, and state. You can edit or remove a vehicle anytime from your vehicles page.

Guest parking - three options

1. Guest in my assigned space - register a guest to use your own assigned spot.
2. Guest spot - daytime - register a guest for a shared daytime guest spot.
3. Guest spot - nighttime - register a guest for a shared nighttime guest spot.

A guest name and phone number are required for every guest registration.

FAQ

I didn't get my sign-in code.

Check your spam folder, wait a moment, then request a new code.

My code expired.

Request a new one and enter it within 10 minutes.

My vehicle information is wrong.

Edit it on your vehicles page.

How many vehicles can I add?

Up to 5.
